Psychological well-being assistant project

An intelligent conversational assistant is being developed to help people improve their psychological well-being and overall quality of life. The uniqueness of the assistant lies in:

    • Real-time stress detection and management;
    • Progress tracking and monitoring;
    • Individually tailored practices.

The main goal is to help people become psychologically stronger, more resilient to stress, and capable of maintaining inner balance in any circumstances. The system is designed based on scientific research and best practices from the fields of mindfulness, psychology, and neuroscience.
